Each resort may have a club / association. Additional annual service charges for three years for the units and common facilities will be levied to the owners at the time of purchase. The developer will set up the maintenance organization to maintain common facilities during the first three years. Subsequent years can be contracted out to the developer. Owner can sell the property any time after booking.

Number of Units:
First project is being planned for 100 resort units. Phase I should be for 50 units followed by Phase II of 50 units.
Unit Types:
Project is comprised of a mix of apartments (Studio, 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK) as well as of villas (2BHK and 3 BHK) as per demand.
Locations:
One of the locations amongst Amba, Ganapatipule, Pavas or Lonawala having highest customer demand will be pursued for development first. Additional locations will be added once adequate demand is established.
